How to Make Waffle (Task)



Waffle Materials:
1.       1 3/4 gr Wheat flour
2.       1 tbsp baking powder
3.       1/4 teaspoon Salt
4.       2 eggs Yellow egg
5.       1 3/4 cup milk
6.       1/2 cup of cooking oil
7.       2 egg whites

How to Make Waffle:
1.       Stir the flour, along with baking powder, and salt in the bowl. Make a hole in the center of the flour mixture.
2.       Beat the egg yolks into another bowl, then put milk and oil.
3.       Put the egg flour mixture at once into the flour mixture. Stir until the dough is wet and thick.
4.       The next important part, whisk the egg whites into another bowl until it becomes stiff and soft.
Mix the egg whites with a mixture of flour and egg yolk, but remember do not overmix.
6. Pour about a cup of dough into a waffle mold, wait until cooked, serve with Mapple syrup, Honey, Ice Cream or fruit according to your taste.
