We regret to complain about the late delivery of the photocopy machine we ordered last week. We haven’t received the photocopy machine and we have been informed that we should receive them within two days. We
have to inform you, that there were similar delays on saveral orders last month.
Those photocopy machine are needed soon. The delay
in delivery is now causing inconvenience and we have to ask you to send our
order this week, otherwise we shall be obliged to cencel.
We hope you will understand and send the goods soon.
