The archive storage system consists of five systems: alphabetical
system, main system problem, number system, date system, and system of region.
1. Alphabetical Filling System.
The alphabet system is a system of acceptance,
compilation, storage, use, maintenance and rediscovery of aurat / scripts using
alphabetical instructions. Letters
/ scripts to be stored are organized by the name of the person or organization
stored alphabetically.

(Subject Filling System)
System problem is one of the document storage
system based on the contents of the document. The
contents of the sring document are called subject, subject matter, issue,
subject or subject letter.
3. Number System (Numerical Filling System)
Number system is one of the system storage and
re-invention archives are compiled by using the code / number. Number
based storage systems consist of:

4. System Date / Time Order (Chronological
Filling Sytem)
The date system is an archive retrieval and
storage system based on the date, month, year. In this system the retention
codes and rediscovery of the archive are the dates, months or years of custody
listed in the file itself.
5. Regional System / Regional / Regional
(Geographical Filling System)
The territory system is a document storage system,
file, or archive that is used as a guide to find the archive quickly by region
of the sender of the mail or region that the letter sends.
