Brown steamed cake recipe (Taks)



This cake is vary suitable as a dish for relax with our family or for the some even and special moment. Yeah.. now let’s we learn about how to make a Brown steamed cake.

Ingredients :
1.       5 eggs
2.       100 gr of sugar
3.       1 tsp full of Ovalet
4.       100 gr of wheat flour
5.       50 gr of cocoa powder
6.       ½ Cans (around 190 ml) Sweetened condensed milk chocolate
7.       200 gr of margarine
8.       Strawberry jam

How to Cook:
1.       The first Step is stir Sugar, Eggs, and Ovalet using mixer in a high speed Until the dough expands after that put in wheat flour, cocoa powder and Sweetened condensed milk chocolate, mix well.
2.       Put in margarine that has melted and mix well.
3.       Pour the dough in to square pan Which has been buttered.
4.       Steamed over the fire for 30 minutes
5.       Raise and let the cake cool
6.       Raise the cake from the mold and split it in half, smearing with strawberry jam on one part and then covering it again with the other. Cut the cake according to taste and ready to eat.
