Material :

How to make :
1. Mix
wheat flour, cocoa powder and cornstarch, then mix well. After
that beat the eggs, sugar and emulsifier until fluffy and thick about 10-15
minutes.
2. Add
the flour mixture while sieving, stirring until the mixture is well blended. Enter
melted butter first, then stir again until blended.
3. After
that pour the dough into 3 pieces of 22x22x4 cm sized pan, then put in the oven
with a temperature of 180 degrees Celsius and leave for 20-25 minutes, until
the black forest is cooked.
4. Remove
and chill, then wet black cherry water, place one layer of cake, then spread
with butter cream, then set the black cherry split on top. Stack
on top of the second layer cake, spread again with butter cream and put another
black cherry on top, stack again with the top layer of cake. Do
not forget to wet the cake with black cherry water.
5. When
finished, trim the cake and apply whole cake with butter cream. Then
decorate with darj chocolate shrink / fence until the cake is covered by
chocolate. Spray
the butter cream, decorate it with red cherry.
6. Classic
black forest is ready to serve.
